We are pleased to inform you that Round XII selection for Young Cell Scheme scholarship programme ended.
This year we had four sectors (Law, Public Administration, Economics and Culture and Health) and 40 students were awarded with a full scholarship to attend a one year master programme in EU universities while 8 more were retained in reserve list. Young Cell Scheme is a scholarship programme funded by the European Union and by the Government of Kosovo, managed by the EU Office in Kosovo and implemented by the British Council. The main objective of the scheme is to contribute to build and enforce a professional accountable, merit-based and apolitical Civil Service at all levels in Kosovo.
