Western Balkans Communications Manager – 21st Century Schools project
This role is to oversee the development and execution of communications planning and implementation (internal and external) for the 21st Century Schools programme across the Western Balkans countries (also referred to as the Western Balkans cluster). The Communications Manager will be responsible for internal and change communications; external communications planning and delivery, including media, PR, events and stakeholder communications for the 21st Century Schools Programme.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to use insight, knowledge and analysis of our market and our customers to engage them with the British Council’s international cultural relations mission, our products and services in the most impactful and effective way.
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
- Developing a programme communications plan which aligns with the regional communications strategy and plan
- Strategic oversight of the communication of the British Council’s profile to internal and external stakeholders in country
